Get to know our team

Jacqlynn is our Principal Occupational Therapist. A graduate of the National University of Malaysia, she has 9 years of experience in paediatric occupational therapy. She is certified in Ayres Sensory Integration and SIPT, and has completed basic training in Relationship Development Intervention, functional vision and trauma informed practice.

Throughout her practice, she supports children and families in a variety of settings, including hospitals, kindergartens, government schools, private international schools, vocational institutions, as well as their homes.

She enjoys working with children of different age groups, from newborns to teenagers and she believes connection and attunement come before learning can happen. she loves involving family members, especially the parents and siblings, as well as teachers and other professionals in the process, because it is very meaningful to get family and professionals onboard with the child to support their growth as a whole.

Hence, part of her job includes curating training and educational workshops for parents, teachers, junior therapists and other professionals. What she enjoys the most about being a pediatric occupational therapist is to be able to embrace individuality in each and every child and family, and to celebrate each milestone we have made along the journey as a team.
