Firzana is one of our interventionists, who graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (Psychology) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

After completing her degree, she was on a mission to seek opportunities that will allow her to contribute to the community using her knowledge and skills. Little did she know, that her community would be full of kids! After experiencing a meaningful day at The Energy Source before becoming a part of the team, she knew there and then that she would love to spend her days in learning the needs of neurodivergent children, order to create a better world for them.

No matter what the challenges are, she is always working very hard in providing the best for the children. She is not a quitter, and she believes that the children can be so too when given the chance to make mistakes along the way. One can only become a better version of themselves when learning from mistakes!
