Hello, I’m Preiya. I’m a personal learning assistant and am also training to be a learning support interventionist. I have been working with children, primarily in the teaching field, since my teenage years. I have always had a passion for helping children reach their goals at their own pace-no matter how big or small. I decided on this new venture as a PLA as I have always wished to meet and facilitate children who learn and experience the world differently at a personal level, because I believe every child deserves a fair shot at life and learning. Even through the course of my degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), I have been exposed and have always been intent on excploring this facet of learning for the benefit of any child, no matter what their needs be. I hope to support and uplift not only the children, but also the educators involved and those who directly impact them with positive tools and strategies that will help navigate their obstacles successfully in the future.
