Hi there, my name is Tatiana and I’m thrilled to be working as an Interventionist at The Energy Source. I come from a French and Indian-Malaysian background and am passionate about breaking down stigmas that surround special needs education in my home country. After graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences in Psychology, I knew I wanted to pursue a career where I could make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

I was drawn to early intervention programmes, knowing that they provide the best possible start in life for children with special needs. As an Interventionist, my work involves working closely with children and their families to identify and overcome developmental challenges. I believe that every child is unique and requires a personalised approach to care and support. By providing early intervention services, I hope to help children with special needs reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.

I’m committed to raising awareness about the importance of early intervention programmes and am excited to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families for years to come!
