Ying Ying is a Assistant Senior Lead Interventionist at The Energy Source. She graduated with an Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of the West of England, UK and she has four years of experience working with neurotypical and neurodiverse children.

Throughout her working experience, she has been exposed to different needs and approaches. She has helped a number of children in enhancing various skills, including language and communication, emotion regulation, academic, social skills and self care.

Ying Ying believes that every child deserves the opportunity to learn based on their needs and capabilities. By providing individualised support and holistic education, each child will be able to discover their full potential.
