Gymnastics & Movement
Gymnastics and movement classes enhance children’s physical development. They provide an outlet for children to develop skills like strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and body control. They also help lay a strong foundation for a healthy habit of physical fitness throughout a child’s lifetime.
What to expect in a Gymnastics and Movement class
Sessions begin with a warm up exercise, like running, crawling and stretching. The coach will then set up a different circuit for every session, to target a child’s gross motor, locomotion, manipulative and stability skills. You can opt for a group or a one-on-one session.

About the coach
