Melodie is a Lead Interventionist at The Energy Source. She graduated with an Honours Degree in Psychology from HELP University. She’s passionate about making a difference in children and encouraging their growth as individuals.

Before her years at The Energy Source, Melodie was an educator at a learning center and a volunteer for NGOs that reaches out to the underprivileged. She also had several years of volunteer experience with the special needs community.

She believes that carrying joy and making the best of our small and big moments creates an atmosphere that enables children to feel loved and safe. Her favourite part about educating the special needs community is helping them reach independence in life skills, self-care, and emotional regulation.
